88年春多媒體成果展示:
老師多媒體範本: 人工小血管
中興化工系第四屆大三同學 8 個多媒體好戲登台: (88年6月)
老師說: 各位同學的檔案可真是難放網路上啊!!
目前以硬骨組的最好放,沒有unix讀取差異的問題.
軟骨組的修改了十一個網頁上的幾個路徑,把"火".gif與第"四"頁.htm改名(unix讀不到)後也OK了,
最難放的是人工皮膚,除了有五個hyperlink路徑設錯外,unix讀不到"功用",
且所有檔名的大小寫全沒照規定,奮鬥了幾小時才弄好!!
還有大家期末沒看到的人工小血管組,做得很不錯呢! 還有連到學術資料庫喲!
本學期修課人數:32人.
口頭報告共有15個題目可以選(2~3人一組),已收齊大家的摘要,將在最後一堂發給大家.
期末多媒體成果(4人一組),
多媒體範例(大概要做多少)已在第一堂課show給大家看. 請先不要卻步.
決對會顧慮到大家還有其他課要修,內容不會太重.

文獻查詢可用:
(1)到圖書館翻翻Journal of Biomedical Materials Research.
(2)WWW的search engine(Yahoo等).
(3)專業的database(如Medline等).

如何製作期末教材


可包括下列各段(但不限):

多媒體成果將在最後一堂展示,並由同學票選最佳的三組.
最後將成果以光碟或磁片交由老師,由老師參考票選結果打分數.
前四名將放在網路上表揚(必須額外製成能放在網路上的版本).

    二、問答:(每題4分,共28分)
    1. What are the advantages and major problems using polymers, metals and ceramics, individually, as biomaterials?
    2. Select a biodegradable polymer for drug release. Compare such system with release using hydrogels. How would you test the degradation rate in vitro?
    3. Describe the foreign body reaction (include FB granuloma and its celluar features).
    4. What are the pros and cons of using sponge-type biomaterials?
    5. How do biomaterials activate the complement system? How do biomaterials activate the blood coagulation (for both clotting cascade and platelet activation)?
    6. A research group in Seattle worked on using plasma (N2, O2 and NH3) to enhance surface hydrophilicity. How would they know if the surface was indeed chemically modified by the plasma treatment?
    7. How to conduct a biomaterial cytotoxicity test?
